An evening of two halves. First up our junior cast take on Ali Baba & The Four Thieves. A one act play telling the humorous tale of Ali Baba and his brother Cassim, taking over the family mill and trying to recover stolen gold dust! Will Cassim’s greed be his undoing? Can Morgiana the trainee sorcerer fix everything back to together again?
After a short interval you’ll find out if everything really is Alright on the Night! With our adult cast in their one act comedy play following a group of amateur dramatics at their final rehearsals! Linchpin director of the Downcott Players, Mavis does her best to corral a variety of colourful characters into action whilst battling big egos and even bigger problems when the local constable arrives accusing the group of planning a heist!
