Your Tickets
- Ticket prices include a booking fee
- All tickets sold through this website are virtual, there are no delivery options available. Physical tickets are available from our local Box Office.
- Admittance to the performance permitted on providing either a physical ticket from our local Box Office, or proof of purchase from our online Box Office, e.g. printing the ticket invoice, showing the invoice on a smartphone, or quoting the order number.
- Only one discount can apply to any one ticket
- Petworth Players reserves the right to introduce discounts and special offers at any time, and these cannot be applied to tickets already purchased
- Tickets are for personal use only and must not be resold for commercial gain. Tickets resold at a higher price than face value become void and the holder will be refused entry. Customer accounts may also be suspended
- If you are unable to attend a performance, we will attempt to re-sell your tickets. If successful we will refund you the lower of the ticket face value and the re-sale face value
Refunds and Exchanges
- No refunds can be given unless we have been able to re-sell your tickets
- If a performance is cancelled you may be offered a rescheduled date where possible, or a refund of the face value of the ticket only.
Admission
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission, and to request any ticket holder to leave our buildings at any time at its discretion
- We will make every effort to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the performance, but we cannot always guarantee entry
- By order of the licensing authority, under no circumstances shall persons be permitted to sit in any gangway which intersects the seating
- It is the nature of live performance that start and running times may vary, and artists, programmes, and other details may be subject to last minute changes
Children and Young People
- Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder; Petworth Players cannot be held responsible for children unaccompanied by an adult
Safety and Enjoyment
- Please ensure you always have your ticket with you as all tickets are checked when entering the foyers and auditorium
- We may on occasion conduct bag and security searches
- Large bags will not be permitted into the auditorium
- We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject audience members from our venues and events at our discretion. To include occurrences of behaviour affecting people’s enjoyment of the performance
- Please switch your phone off or to silent during a performance or event
- We do not permit the unauthorised use of cameras and recording equipment within the auditorium or foyers
- Please be aware that other members may stand or dance during the performance
- If you experience any problems during a performance or event, please inform a member of staff immediately, so that we can do our best to resolve the issue at the time
- All our performance venues are non-smoking areas
The Performance
- Photography or recording of any kind is not allowed
- Please switch off mobile phones, muffle coughs, and refrain from unwrapping sweets during the performance to ensure that it is enjoyed by all
- Please be aware that other members of the audience may stand up during the performance or dance in front of you
- If you experience problems during a performance please contact a steward so that we can do our best to resolve the issue at the time
General
- Artists, programme and performance details are correct at the time of sale or print publication, but changes may be unavoidable due to the nature of live performance
- Petworth Players or its agents may carry out film or sound recording in or around our venues. By purchasing tickets you consent to you and your party being included in any recording, and to its exploitation, without payment
- Any complaints should be addressed in writing to Petworth Players
Our Venues
- Petworth Players uses a number of different venues for performances, by making a purchase you are also accepting the terms and conditions for the applicable venue. Please check individual websites for terms and conditions for attending the venue
Ticket Sales for External Events
- Petworth Players occasionally acts as a box office for external events. These events are not promoted by Petworth Players and we take no responsibility for any aspect of their programme or operation. Any queries should be directed to the promoter concerned
